Registration Fee Refund Policy

The registration fee is refundable upon the successful completion of the property sale, subject to a non-refundable administrative service charge of Rs. 5,000.
The refundable balance will be adjusted and deducted from the final brokerage fee invoice issued at the time of transaction completion.
